We have three criteria when making any of our flavors – 1. they have to be plant-based; 2. have to be sweetened with fruit sugars only (our ice creams are date or agave, and some add-ins such as Sweet Laurel cookie pieces and our house-made caramel are maple sweetened); and 3. made from minimal ingredients that you have actually heard of.

The coconut milk and cream we use are 100% coconut (i.e. no gums or sugars added). We also do not add any gums or preservatives to our ice creams. All our recipes are bespoke and crafted completely by us at our Santa Monica store. We make everything fresh and daily (because that’s the best way).

We try and keep a selection of 7 flavors at any one time and rotate these periodically.

Organic Strawberry

2-ingredients – Our Organic Strawberry made from 2 ingredients Strawberries and Organic Blue Agave.

Ingredients: Strawberries and Organic Blue Agave.

Lemon Cheesecake**

Swirls of Lemon and Vanilla “ice cream” with chunks of gluten-free short cake cookie bites.

Ingredients: Lemon (coconut cream, lemon, organic blue agave), Vanilla (coconut cream, vanilla, and date) with gluten-free almond short cake cookie bites. **CONTAINS ALMONDS.

Mint Choc Chip

6 -ingredients – our classic mint choc chip.

Ingredients: Coconut Cream, Date, and Organic Peppermint Extract with Dark Chocolate Sauce (coconut oil, date, and cocoa).

Monday Special: Coffee Choc Chip

Available only on Mondays, Decaf Coffee Choc Chip – Coffee ice cream with swirls of house-made chocolate chunks.

Ingredients: Coconut Cream, Decaf Coffee, Date, and Chocolate Chunks (made of Coconut Oil, and Cocoa, Dates.

Tuesday Special: Chocolate Peanut Butter

Available only on Tuesdays, our Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor is legendary.

Ingredients: Coconut Cream, Cocoa, Date, Unsweetened Peanut Butter (peanuts and salt) – that’s it!

Wednesday Special: Strawberry Cheesecake Special Flavor

Available only on Wednesdays, our Cheesecake special flavor is the perfect mix of Lemon Creme, Vanilla, and Strawberry Ice Cream for the ultimate plant-based cheesecake.

Our Cheesecake flavor contains chunks of cheesecake bits made with Sweet Laurel Bakery’s gluten-free and Vegan Cookies  (CONTAINS ALMONDS).

Ingredients: Vanilla (Coconut Cream, Vanilla, and Date), Lemon Creme (Coconut Cream, Lemon, and Sweetened with Organic Agave), and Strawberry (Strawberries, and Sweetened with Orangic Agave), with Sweet-Laurel Gluten-Free Almond Cheesecake Chunks (almond flour, coconut oil, maple, pink salt, and baking soda).

Chocolate

3-ingredients – Rich, Creamy & all the chocolate you could ever need.

Salted Chocolate

4-ingredients – Rich, Creamy & All The Chocolate You Could Ever Need With A Hint of Sea Salt.

Pink Vanilla

3-ingredients – The classic ice cream flavor with a pink twist thanks to using Deglet Noor dates.

Ingredients: Coconut Cream, Date, Vanilla.

Thursday Special: Sweet Laurel Cookies and Cream

Available only on Thursdays, say hello to our first collaboration – our cookies and cream flavor. Made using vegan, gluten-free, and paleo chocolate chip cookies from Sweet Laurel Bakery.
