What is the difference between Plant-Based ice cream and regular old Ice Cream? It’s an important question, right?! You see when making nut-based milks the nuts themselves need to be soaked and blended with water to create the “nut milk”. The result can sometimes be less creamy textures in your final ice cream and lead to many ice cream makers adding gums and thickeners to their mixtures (which we don’t like doing).
The result is that after years of working on our ice cream recipes, we can create creamy, velvety textured plant-based ice cream that rivals its dairy counterparts.
